Where/when to get your Passes?
- Passes for racers, pit crew, family members and friends will be give to the racers on the day of the Safety Expo/Tech Inspection/Racer’s Drawing Banquet.
- VIPs and sponsors will be given passes prior to the Start of the race either via mail or in person at our Sponsor Reception event.
Why do you need passes?
Due to the increase of attendance in the last few years and safety concerns, it’s more critical than ever to manage the flow of people and traffic during the Start.
Parking at the Start (Big Lake)
All racers, pit crew and supporting members of the race teams must be in place BEFORE 9:00AM at the Big Lake Start (race day).
NO CARS WILL BE ALLOWED TO PASS THROUGH THE EVENT AREA AFTER 9:00AM.
Do not enter through Southport Marina/Big Lake Power Sports.
ALL TRAFFIC SHOULD COME ONTO THE LAKE VIA THE PUBLIC ENTRANCE on the ice road.
