For over twenty years I have been an advocate for maximizing experiences for my students with opportunities by providing training and real-to-life experiences in a variety of disciplines in the Natural Resources career fields. The Natural Resources program offers industries an educational classroom to introduce and prepare students for future careers.
Participating in the Iron Dog Urban-Rural Student Exchange allows the students to come together and collaborate on a single project while fully immersing themselves into another culture. This experience makes all of us better Alaskans because we learn from one another .
As seen in this picture I love to be at my lake house with my grandchildren.
