Pro Class: Registration: September 16 – October 31
Trail Class: Registration: August 15 – October 31
*Early Bird Registration: Racers are put into a first round drawing for starting positions and the signup costs are $400 less. It pays to signup early!
Signup Cost Increase
Due to increased fuel costs and race related expenses, the Iron Dog Board of Directors elected to increase the rates by an average 8% for 2012.
In addition, there is an increase in the GPS unit deposit from $300 to $500. While we don’t expect to lose any GPS units, the Iron Dog is exposed to a large financial risk of replacing the GPS units should one ever be permanently lost. The $500 deposit barely covers 30% the real cost of replacement.
